FEES/PAYMENT
The amount that the customer is going to be charged relies upon which service option or options they choose to utilize. When a customer agrees to utilize one or more www.russiansupportonline.com services, it is the customer’s obligation to provide payment prior to the service being rendered. The customer bears the right to refuse payment for the services, but www.russiansupportonline.com then bears the right to refuse service to that individual or individuals. For Per Incident account owner, your payment will be one time only. Only first-time customers are eligible for introductory offers or promotional pricing, if available. New offers cannot be applied to the existing active subscriptions.
CREDIT CARD BILLING
A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. You may be asked to provide us with a credit card number from a card issuer that we accept in order to activate your Service. You hereby authorize www.russiansupportonline.com to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card with respect to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment. When payment is made by credit card or debit card payment will also be subject to the Terms of Service established by the credit or debit card issuer.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION 1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email, live chat or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your profile. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. Confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed in your profile. No refunds or credits for partial billing periods. You will have the access to your services until your subscription officially ends. If the technician cannot resolve the issue via a remote connection, the technician is required to instruct the customer as to what needs to be done to resolve the issue. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
For you to submit a Plan Order, you must complete the Registration Process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by and required under the applicable Registration Form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are solely and entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. In addition, www.russiansupportonline.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Subscription Services of any Subscriber that www.russiansupportonline.com, in its sole discretion, determines are being used (a) fraudulently, (b) by any person other than Subscriber, or (c) for any computer system other than a Registered System.

After intended session interruption by the customer our technician cannot reconnect to your computer. Recommended version of TeamViewer will generate one-time password which will be good for one session only. In case of disconnection TeamViewer will generate new one-time password which you need to provide to our technician for reconnection. During remote session we will log all technician’s actions. This data may be used by our management for later review or analysis (included but not limited to training, quality control or customer complaints).
